
This position requires understanding of the HPL brand to complete the design process from concept to production while meeting deadlines and productivity standards. The graphic designer will contribute to the production of print and digital collateral, e-marketing communications and related materials, internal publications, and programs, in addition to social media and web content to communicate the vision of the Houston Public Library to the public. Able to handle changing project priorities and dedicate resource time accordingly. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, able to take direction and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will contribute to the overall creative needs of the organization.
